will this be a virtual or real life tasting? I am very interested, since I have become very interested in chocolat and wine pairings. Several weeks ago, someone asked me about wines to go with chocolate, and I could only come up with madera, px and port. Pretty traditional….

Hi Mariëlla,
it’s going to be a real life tasting. I’m very excited because it seems so impossible to have a (dry) white with chocolate. From personal experiences I’m pretty confident that the 13 of us will come up with decent pairings. I’ll report back here.
